Amazon Battery Triple A Contacts

I got this for my spare OM-D battery. It's a little big for that battery but at least it will protect the contacts, and that's what I got it for.

This pouch keeps my batteries safe in my bag, no scratches to battery body or contacts.

Legit APC battery. Better than getting from Amazon or anywhere else.

do you sell tail caps for the HP8R. The contacts on the inside of tail cap that come into contact with battery has broken.

The best investment I made, much better with electronic contacts.

When the charger arrived, I pulled out two of my spare batteries to test it. Before I installed the plates into the charger, I looked at the battery contacts and got worried, but upon closer examination of the batteries, I saw that there were two recessed contacts (as opposed to the primary visible-contacts) which these plates use to charge the batteries. The batteries slipped into the plates firmly, and the plates popped into the charger. I left the charger unplugged at first to make sure that the LCD showed current battery status. Both readouts came up and showed the status of each battery. I plugged the charger in and let it do it's thing. I also purchased three other sets of charging plates for different battery types, but haven't had a chance to try them yet. If all goes as well as it did this time, I can just look for new plates as I get different batteries.

I discovered that I can't operate the PO-12 in my hand since it puts tension on the batteries, bending the battery positive or negative contacts away from the battery. It should be operated on a firm surface. When removing the batteries, keep one finger pushing inwards towards the battery and use a flat head screwdriver to push the other end of the battery inward and upwards. If the contacts do bend, then remove the batteries and gently apply inward pressure to restore them to their original position. That aside, the price and number of sound variations make this synthesizer a buyer's deal.

Always good to have a second battery. Only thing I wish is that they included a soft pouch or cover for it to protect the contacts.

FOR PRO MIXER INPUT, use the B/H HOASMFPM adapter to provide 1/4 unbalanced audio that WILL work on a pro mixer 1/4 balanced mic input. :) FRYING BACON STATIC NOISE, developed in my testing. solution, polish the battery edge and faces on a mildly rough cloth to remove invisible oxide, and if you are good with tools, carefully bend out the side contact to make it a firm fit. test this by hard tapping on the battery case and see if you have 'funnies' in the audio. a loose battery fit will suddenly inject 'bacon frying and static' into audio. making a tight/clean contact will stop/prevent that. with the adapter, tight battery fitting contacts, you will have a killer mic for little money. lastly, maybe they will make battery contacts much tighter and reverse the location of the battery holder to be at the mixer end so as to avoid battery jossling/noise, and a chance to fix it fast if you get unlucky and it happens. sorry about the runon and long wind, but i hope this and my last review are helpful in your using this GREAT LIL MIC.
