I recently bought a Canon NB-13L Lithium-Ion Battery Pack from Amazon. It looks identical to the one that came in the box with my Canon camera. But when I inserted the charged battery into the camera, it rejected it and the note counterfeit battery popped up on the screen. Reading reviews of this item, I found another buyer who had the same experience with this item sold by Amazon. A colleague recommended B&H for camera equipment and - bingo - the B&H battery is authentic. 5 |

I ordered the same items from Amazon three times, and every time it came with broken parts. They did allow me to return them free of charge. The problem was that Amazon simply pack them in the package boxes. But I did like the unit due to the price. I decided to order one for the last time from B & H, wow, it came in wood frame.
