For labelling school books, supplies!!

I have owned several of these for going on 5 years now. They are used to film high school football games and get some really rough use. One of them had a leg break recently and I contacted the company. The next day I received a response and was asked for a copy of receipt and picture of broken leg. I provided the receipt and picture that same day and they had a new set of legs in the mail to me the following day, that I received in about 3 days I think it was... YOu can not ask for better customer service than that! I am really impressed by how fast they responded and how trouble free the process of getting the legs replaced was!The tripod has worked great for what we use it for and even though the leg broke, these things are really durable. Heck, anything that survives 5 years of use by teenage high school students is tough! LOLWhatever you might think of their products, you can't find fault in their service! They were polite and wasted no time getting the new legs in the mail to me!I would recommend any product these people sell. That kind of customer service is rare...

I am not a photographer, I'm actually a college student studying business. I got this bag in hopes I could shove all of my school supplies in it, vs using a backpack. Upon receiving the bag it felt and looked very well made and expensive. I absolutely love the magnetic closures, not only are they satisfying but help in the event I am too lazy to zip the bag back up or forget to do so. Every little design aspect of this bag fits what I was looking for... except one thing. It's just too small for what I need. This flaw has nothing to do with the design, If I could keep it I certainly would. It feels very well made, is comfortable to use (although I do wish the crossbody strap included would go longer), and looks very very nice. It's my own fault for purchasing an item I knew may be too small, but I loved its design and the way it looked so much I wanted to get it and make sure it wouldn't work. I'll be returning this bag only because it doesn't fit my size needs, not because of the bag itself. I would highly recommend this bag to anyone needing to fit smaller items, unlike myself... (I had a laptop, notebooks, 32 oz hydroflask, and other school supplies I needed to put in it).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have kids then this is a must. We label everything for the kids especially school supplies as well as our pantry. It’s a bit OCD but it reminds the kids where things go as well. When organizing bins we know what’s in what.

This thing is a game-charger for receipt management!!!

I ordered this for my school photo business after using a different, cheaper stool that I had purchased off Amazon that caused quite a bit of trouble. I'm very happy with this one, it was easy to put together, is sturdy but easy to move around when needed.
