Amazon Return Policy Opened Items Computer Monitors

I ordered the same items from Amazon three times, and every time it came with broken parts. They did allow me to return them free of charge. The problem was that Amazon simply pack them in the package boxes. But I did like the unit due to the price. I decided to order one for the last time from B & H, wow, it came in wood frame. It was in perfect shape and works well so far.

Works well, and fits the printer we have. Before purchase, be sure you get the right tape, or you will have to return. Not sure on B&H return policy, but just be sure you get the right size. So far, this prints well and we are happy with it. It's a replacement for the tape we ran out of.

The service for the toner cartridge was prompt and efficient. Good policy to handle return of used cartridges.

The hard drive was great as expected but, B&H is the real winner. Their shipping is great and their return policy is fabulous. I buy a lot from these guys because that have been wonderful to deal with. Thanks B&H!

The first filter I received from B&H was damaged, but B&H having a good return policy let me return it without a hassle (and they paid for the return shipping!). Now for the filter, the filter is good. I will buy the 1/2 strength because the 1/4 just doesn't knock out enough of the sharpness on skin on the c100 Mark ii; though it does give a nice bloom around the highlights. The build quality is nice and I have yet to run into a problem with it getting stuck on any of my lenses. Now I will say that when put on a sensi step down filter ring it was a struggle to get off, but that may be because I over tightened it, time will tell. Overall I'm happy with this purchase.

I had to return my first sample, but B&H’s customer service and return policy cannot be better! The first one had excessive purple fringing and very soft across the field of view. Second copy is far better. I live in a city, so I have light pollution. Still, I went out on my deck on a clear night to shoot some stars to test infinity point. I shot 7 photos and went back in. In Lightroom, I discovered a satellite in two of the shots. It is clearly visible at 100% ! A very pleasant surprise especially considering I was shooting wide open! Highly recommend this lens, but if you get a bad copy, just return it and try again.

The DJI Care Refresh is a great insurance policy and is well worth the money. I have not had to use the DJI service but it is nice knowing if the $1,000 Mavic Air 2 should accidently crash, I can return the damaged drone, twice for a replacement, just don't lose it, you must return it. I also signed up for the 2nd year DJI Refresh Care Plus direct with DJI, not offered through their dealers apparently.

I bought one like this one in Amazon....by Amazon. I return that digital turtle. I bought this one in B&H...and Im so happy that finally I can have my 21,000 songs in my cell.

I purchased a cheaper version of this initially on Amazon only to have to return it because it was junk. This worked great.

From the time my replacement battery was opened, 'til the old battery was in the box for return took all of MAYBE 3 minutes. That included time walking from where the box was opened to where the UPS is, uninstalling the old batt, installing the new, walking back to the box and placing the old battery in the box readying to be returned. The delivery guy could have waited. LoL They're so impatient. LoL It's taking longer for the pick up to return the old battery for recycling, than it took to order, receive and install the replacement. :)
