I was surprised with how huge the box was when this flagship monitor came in. I felt like I ordered a new television. The ultrawide 34" screen makes you feel immersed as you watch movies or play games 21:9. I also love the sound quality this monitor makes. It almost felt like a surround sound system and I was amazed as how great the stock speakers were. Some specs of the CJ791 is that it has a refresh rate of 100hz, 4ms response time, 3440x1440 screen resolution, and a contrast ratio of 3000:1. Although it isn't an IPS monitor, the QLED technology covers more than 125% of the sRGB color space making it a great monitor for video editing as well. It's a productivity monster when I used Adobe Premeire for video editing. I could fit the whole time onscreen and then some! The CJ791 also comes with AMD free sync and a game mode optimizing responsiveness and screen lag. The thunderbolt connections take the win for this monitor giving it the crown for one of the first monitors from Samsung with this connectivity. It can transmit video and data at speeds of up to 40Gbps — 8 times faster than USB 3.0 — and simultaneously charges devices (up to 85W), all over a single cable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Similar to getting my first Galaxy smartwatch, I had no idea how much the additional features of a smart monitor would improve every day life. Sure, I use it for work and the screen resolution is crispy and clear. Samsung monitors last forever, which is why I keep coming back for more. But it's also now having a TV in my set up, along with video game streaming, along with streaming music, along with SmartThings remote control, along with.... I think you get the idea. I didn't think I would use every feature it had, just because it had so many. I have a Samsung TV, and a gaming console, and a Samsung Surround Sound system, so why would I want all of what those can do in a monitor? Because they all work together and it's now an additional option in case my wife is watching TV and I'd like to play a video game. Or I want to stream music without turning on my computer. I'd say it's a jack of all trades, but that would be doing it a disservice. It's an ace of all trades.

I really like this monitor it's a definite upgrade from my 32" samsung.

3 orders on amazon for av cable for my samsung mini DV camcorder ended in disappointment this av cable from this site worked perfectly ill be back to buy one that's 6 feet or bigger thankz :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 32” ViewFinity S8 4K UHD Monitor was shipped to me via UPS. The package arrived at my door without a signature required. I was alerted by the UPS application that my package was delivered from Samsung Electronics America. I opened the package and was immediately stunned by the size of the monitor. It was twice the size of my smaller monitors. It was easy to set up and it only required two cords. The monitor immediately synced with my computer and was active the second i plugged in the device. I have another monitor plugged in and both monitor immediately went to three monitor setup. It was super easy to set up and was extremely surprised by how well the set up went. I do get a message on the screen asking for me to register the product. Although, it doesn't seem like i can click the message with my mouse and have had trouble using the message to launch the registration. The other issue i have faced is the recommended resolution on the Samsung Monitor is actually above what my current graphic card allows. Otherwise, the experience has been phenomenal, and would highly recommend this monitor.
