I had the NAS server for about a month. Out of the box it comes configured RAID 5. It boots up fast and the setup through mycloud.com is very fast and easy. The first thing it did was to updated the firmware. I had it up and running in a matter of minutes. A RAID 5 configuration gave me about 17.9TB of empty storage capacity. I connect to the server using 1Gb Ethernet switch and compatible cables. The writing and reading is about 10% faster than what I get from my fusion 7200RPM hard drive. I get on average 110MB/s speeds in both directions. Obviously, I'm limited by the Ethernet connection. So far I'm streaming just music from it. I have a Sonos system which was able to connect very quickly and reliably. I have not tried streaming movies, PLEX, etc. The server comes with several apps installed or available. I'm using Dropbox app to mirror the content and I'm struggling with Amazon S3 app. The issues are not related to PR4100, more related to Amazon services. After some help from the WD tech support, whom by the way responded within 24h with a lot of information, I was able to get the S3 going but Amazon has all kind of issues. The NAS comes with apps to host or develop your own website. I haven't tried it yet but it's very interesting. Very easy to create user accounts. The cherry on the cake is the cloud/remote access. You can access any file from a remote computer or mobile phone. On the phone you can play music or view pictures. Works very well and super fast. I'm very impressed by this feature. I was on a trip outside US and needed a Word file from the server, i downloaded it in a jiffy, edited and uploaded it back to the server without any hiccups. Of course, out of the box the cloud service is not enabled so you have to create accounts and enable the service. The server software is simple, and rather easy to use. I would give it a 9 out of 10. So far I went through 2 power failures. It recovered quickly and without issues, 5 |

This is the BEST All-In-One WIRELESS I have ever bought! I can instantly print from any of my wireless devices! 5 |

I bought this router to accommodate a web/minecraft/media server, constant online gaming, excessive video streaming, and three wireless access points (my house has metal lathe, which acts like a faraday cage). Was previously using some Netgear garbage home user Wi-Fi router that couldn't keep up with the demand and was awful to manage. This router is a breeze to manage if you have at least basic networking knowledge. The 10 ports allow me to wire my server, computer, access points, and other peripheral gear to keep the wireless networks from getting congested. The quality of my home network improved dramatically and allowed me to actually utilize every drop of the gigabit ethernet we pay for. I also appreciate Ubiquiti's detailed firmware upgrade logs. I would absolutely recommend this router to anyone looking to have fast, easily configurable internet at home, and I'm sure it would hold up well for a small business too. 5 |

Setup was simple although for the most part. I am having some difficulty setting up the email server but that is probably me. Fantastic print quality, great UI, competitive price! 5 |

I use this product to extend my usb range to the server room in order to transmit key card information. I like that the product is strong, easy set-up and does the job trouble free. 5 |

I wanted to unclutter the small server closet at my church so I bought the IOGEAR 2-Port USB KVM. Since it comes with all the necessary cables, installation was as easy as it gets. I just plugged it in and it worked perfectly. I will likely buy another one for my shop! 5 |

Had a 2012 mac mini server w/16 GB RAM and 1+2 TB internal SSD. This is a nice step up in speed and 24 GB RAM, but only 1 TB super-fast storage (1 TB seems to have the faster dual-chip config inside, if you are following the recent reviews in Q1 2023). Same mini experience as ever: lots of power in a small package. A little short on USB ports, so the Dell monitor with USB 3 hub is handy way to get more ports without adding another blob on the desk. 5 |

I had a handful of various USB hard drive enclosures attached to my Plex server for storing media, backups, etc. I replaced all of those units with this and it cleaned up things very nicely. There are now fewer cords to manage, better transfer speeds and room for expansion. I love it! The best part is I didn't have to reformat any of the drives. I just powered things down, moved them over and powered everything back up. Everything showed up just as it was before. Perfect! 5 |
