Just installed it will a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and Radeon rx 580 gpu. Haven’t had any issues and it has been running smoothly and fast. No complaints at all.

When I had to replace the old video card for new Radeon RX 590 model in my wife’s 2012 MacPro, the up graded required a 1.4 DisplayPort to Apple Mini DisplayPort the adapter so that she could continue using her Apple 27-inch Cine-Display. Having done this exact conversion to my own MacPro with the same arrangement the year before, I found that StarTech brand adapter to be a good reliable avenue to go.

I upgraded from an AMD Radeon Pro WX 9100 to Radeon Pro VII. I can tell the difference right away, although my system has a few outdated parts now, this is an excellent step forward to upgrading my entire system.

Time to upgrade my old Radeon RX580. Still running well, except the newer games are being bottlenecked by the graphics card. Decided to go with the RX7900 GRE, and I am glad I did. Getting great frame rates and beautiful video rendering. The Gigabyte drivers are stable and run well. This is a big card. It is a tight fit and requires careful cable routing. A big power supply is recommended, a 750W or bigger. Very pleased with the upgrade. My newer games look so much better!

First graphics card upgrade in eight years. My old card (Radeon RX580) was creating a 54% bottleneck within my PC. Upgraded to a 3060 12g v2 and have seen a marked performance increase. Which is to be expected when making a three generation jump in graphics cards. No longer getting a bottleneck.

This card is a great Value, the Gold series card has been my goto for Video and thought that I would try the silver card for my daughters Soccer events and other projects. I have to tell, so far this card performs well in all applications I have tried, 4k 120fps, no problem.

Google the unbiased reviews on this CPU. For those who have a powerful video card, you might want to consider the F series that do not have onboard Intel Video. Outruns earlier gen i7 CPUs. Heat is manageable even with stock CPU. I use a tower cooler to get 90 degrees F (idle temp.)

I created a series of eight video slideshows that play continually, in a loop, in a museum exhibit. The exhibit is open from 10 - 5, seven days a week, all year. The card I used before started to glitch after a few weeks, and would cause the videos to stammer, jump, stall... (When you've got dozens of tourists coming through the exhibit every day, it was embarrassing.) So far, in all the weeks I've had the Extreme PRO SanDisk card running, the videos have been playing smoothly, the audio never staggers, and there hasn't been a single moment's problem. Whew!

After ordering this card, I had concerns that maybe I should have purchased the G series of CFexpress A cards from Sony. However, this card exceeded my expectations. The card seems built well just like my G series Sony SD cards. It's also much smaller than I thought they would be. Using my Sony A7IV, I did a burst of several photos. The time it took to clear the buffer was maybe a second? It's super fast. Even when it's sustained write speed is only guaranteed to 200 However the main purpose for this card is video. I do lots of cinematic portraits with a Sony FX3 requiring lots of slow-motion video. I often use S&Q 120FPS slowed down to 30 or 24. This kind of shooting requires a lot of storage space and my 128GB Song G tough card would often fill up on these shoots. Originally I was going to buy more V90 cards, but the capacities are limited to about 256GB. Also just few months ago the only option for CFexpress A was 160GB total. Now that I can buy a card with 960Gb or even close to 2TBs, I know I'll have plenty of storage for these films. Only gripe I have is how expensive something so tiny is. It's newer technology and in time I know these cards will get cheaper. However, I couldn't hold out much longer so I purchased this and haven't looked back. One last thing is I try to always by Sony stuff. Yes there may be cheaper options, but they always just work with my gear well.
