Amd Radeon Pro W5700 8Gb Graphics Card

I upgraded from an AMD Radeon Pro WX 9100 to Radeon Pro VII. I can tell the difference right away, although my system has a few outdated parts now, this is an excellent step forward to upgrading my entire system.

First graphics card upgrade in eight years. My old card (Radeon RX580) was creating a 54% bottleneck within my PC. Upgraded to a 3060 12g v2 and have seen a marked performance increase. Which is to be expected when making a three generation jump in graphics cards. No longer getting a bottleneck.

Really liking the performance on this W5700 by AMD for workstation applications, primarily SolidWorks. Nice hardware and the software controls are superb. Thank you B&H and AMD!

Runs any game I choose at full graphics along with my AMD 6700 graphics card. I previously had the 3900X processor and it was the bottleneck in my system so I upgraded and now no bottleneck.

Just installed it will a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and Radeon rx 580 gpu. Haven’t had any issues and it has been running smoothly and fast. No complaints at all.

I purchased this card to team up with my fully loaded 2020 13 MBP - best of both worlds being light to travel and then grunt when I get back to the office to edit. It sits inside a Razer Core X - easy to fit and ready to go. Geek Bench (bear in mind I'm not a tech expert so only assume this is very good) scores went from Open CL (MBP only) score of 9077, then W5700 enabled 29,856. In reality, it just over doubled my rendering speed in Adobe Media Encoder. With two external monitors (1 x 4k UHD; 1 x HD) it worked well, and playback does get an incremental bump. CAUTION: I also wanted to give my late 2015 iMac a refresh and tried all sorts of things, and it somehow seemed to SLOW adobe premiere down - being a T2 iMac it just didn't seem to work and spent a few hours researching and trying to get it right. Some people online say 'yeah it should work' but in my experience this is in the 'way too hard' basket - I will need a T3 Mac to use this card. The moral of my story is - if you use it for it's intended purpose - bumping a T3-enabled Mac then the W5700 will definitely make you happy - trying to fudge a T2 Mac just doesn't cut it.

Aweome Graphics Card!!! The Asus 4080 TUF Gaming graphics card is a huge step up from my Nvidia 2080. Performance is fantastic and ray tracing, where the future is, is a big step up that AMD cannot touch even with their new cards. I am so glad I bought the Asus 4080. The card stays super cool even when overclocked. The TUF card looks so good in my system and blows the competition away. Great job Asus!!
