American Airlines Mechanical Pencils Carry On
Nicholas | 2024-07-07 09:37:54 |
This case fits within the carry on specifics of american airlines. I use it for my Sony FX6 and I have no complaints. I recommend putting stickers or something on the case to make it less threatening. Some TSA agents get nervous around pelican cases due to some folks using pelican cases for guns . If you are carrying photo or video cameras you still may be asked to open up the case 5 |

I just used this to fly American Airlines to the US Virgin Islands. It was flawless. I loaded it with 49lbs and nothing was considered too large/heavy for flying. It was a checked bag. I put in 2 medium tripods with heads attached (manfrotto 755), 2 8ft light stands, a 2ft slider in a case, an extra fluid head, a monopod, and a glide cam. I rolled this puppy around the resort and was about to operate right out of the bag. It's got straps to hold things tight when needed, and loose when you want it loose. The pockets on the side are UNPADDED so don't stick anything in there you don't want broken from a hit. Build quality is great. Super heavy stitching and double zippers make it easy to open and close. It's re-enforced like luggage near the user-replaceable wheels so when you're rolling up stairs, it's solid. 5 |

Just as promised, this case kept my best stuff safe, even when American Airlines basically destroyed one of our other flight cases. I used this case to transport musical gear, the high-dollar stuff - wireless mic's, IEM components, etc. WORTH EVERY PENNY. 5 |

Just returned from an international trip with it. Love it! Even the American Airlines baggage handler commented on how nice and sturdy it looked. 5 |

Super strong to hold cameras and lenses. Carry-on size by most airlines. 5 |

With some airlines severely reducing the carry own weight one can bring on a plane, I needed a vest which could pocket a 2nd camera and a lens. This vest enables me to do that. I can then use my allotted weight to carry my primary camera and a larger lens. Quality of the vest was fine 5 |

Can't go wrong with Pelican! The 1510SC is great because it meets most airlines' carry-on requirements, so I can keep all of my fragile gear with me when traveling. I like to use this one for my event photography essentials because it's relatively compact, mobile, holds a lot of gear and is rugged. I can tuck it off in a corner or under a table and not worry about someone kicking it or spilling champagne on it. And, it'll hold my MacBook Pro in the lid organizer for on-the-go editing or tethered shooting. When all I need are a couple of camera bodies, 2-3 lenses and a few speedlights, this is my go-to case. 5 |
