This is the industry standard- regular spring loaded base. Matthews or American. The legs are welded to the base fittings, not clamped like all the import brands- including Manfrotto/Avenger. This keeps it simple, lighter, takes up less space on the cart. The new imports are heavier, and the legs seem to always loosen. So for c-stands, it's Matthews or American Grip for me. 5 |

I use the MA200 (3/8 -16 to 5/8-27 adapter) with a 3/8-16 to 1/4-20 adapter. The two, in combination allow a standard American mic clip to be mounted on a standard American tripod or camera mount. Excellent! It does everything I need and more for my pedal steel and telecaster setup, and built in effects can so easily be added or backed off on the fly. Now to see if it can last, being a pretty cheap mixer Ive read varying reports on Behringer, fingers crossed... 5 |

The mic is great of course. An industry standard and first choice for most professionals to mic a guitar amp. I'm no pro but I concur - works fine for me! Handled vocals too. The rest of the kit (mic stand and XLR cable) is surprisingly good quality too - overall a great buy! 5 |
