Amped Wireless Router Tech Support

My NetGear modem and router have worked well, and the processing speed will help me. One of your tech help individuals was very helpful, even though her direct supervisor was demeaning me through her. She (supervisor) was not aware that I could hear her to the Tech support person, and I let the tech know that I heard everything she said. The boss wanted me to just get off the phone with newer tech support person. Fortunately, I did not because I needed the help and got it from the Tech person.

The providers router is located just inside of the font wall of the home. Signal was very weak or non existsnt at the the rear of the home. The router is located on the middle floor of three levels. I added this device to the same floor at the rear of home and I now have complete coverage. Installation was simple, but the range extender would not connect to my 5k network. After a few minutes on the phone with tech support, the issue was resolved. The issue was related to the channel selection of the 5k network in my router. I recommend this product and tech support was very good when I needed it.

It took two hours of tech support and trips to connect it directly to the router, but it sounds great. I also did not see that you HAD to hook it up by means of a smart phone or tablet, neither of which I own. After getting it working, it does now work with my laptop. I am glad that I have it, and I enjoy the sound a great deal.

The modem/router is working great. I needed support from Netgear tech support, and they were prompt, efficient and pleasant. Got it up and running quickly.

I use this product to support a home video security system. I have 5 wireless G videocameras streaming live video from throughout my home. This is a budget setup and this router fit the bill perfectly. The router is constantly running at near wireless capacity as far as throughput. I use it on WPA2 b/g/n without issues. I gave it 5 stars because considering the cost and the benefits, I believe it is 5 stars. If this cost more, it would be 3 stars.

I turned the wireless router i was renting should have done it sooner no buffing better picture setup was easy with you IT support I reviewed it first had the best rating very satisfied with the product
