Amplifi 30 Guitar Input Issue

We use it once in a while when we need to use the guitar input of an amp as an input for a second microphone. Super simple and works just fine.

From time to time, I need the use the guitar input of my amplifier for a second microphone input - this gizmo enables me to do that withous issues.

Haven't had one of these for 30 years. Works great with a variety of input options.

I use this to input an active pickup heavy metal guitar into my mixer direct. My only gripe is the inside of the XLR ports is plastic. Other than that works perfectly.

I bought this mic to record electric guitar and it works exceedingly well for that purpose in both clean channel and overdrive. The mic is a dynamic that works best with pre-amps that have a normal 1.5K to 2K input impedance which makes it useful with a wide array of modern audio equipment. (I also use a Shure SM57 and a Shure SM7B for electric guitar and they work best with pre-amps that offer a lower input impedance such as 500 ohms.) The sonic characteristic of the Heil PR20 sits between the SM57 and the SM7B. The Heil has a rich low end, a slightly forward mid range and a very smooth top end.

I got this to go straight from a guitar to a mic channel input on a board. I was concerned about potential hum, but didn't get any. It works fine!

This little connector resolved my issue. My laptop came with a combination Headphone/Microphone input. I need only the input.

I bought this yesterday to replace my 30 year old Pioneer workhorse and I'm impressed. This receiver/amp is built solid and even Bluetooth sources sound great. The price is the best part for what you get Sony did a great job packaging this unit the same high quality amp used in the more expensive models specifically for people who just want something for music. The Phono input is what caught my eye in the store I also like the level adjustment for the Phono input. Great all around.

almost 30 years ago I use Pentax SLR and now DSLR. This is a gift for a nephew. It is perfect as input equipment for machines DSLR

Hi there, I have to ask here since the Pre Amp chapter of the Model 30's Manual's is pretty simple. I'm connecting the input of my EAR HP4 Headphone Amplifier to Pre Amp Out output of Model 30 - no sound comes to EAR HP4 while in Pre Amp Input on the front panel with SACD on. Checked the cables: there is the sound, if connected SACD to Headphone amplifier directly, but not via Pre Amp output on Model 30. The EAR HP4 Manual clearly states, that the input should taken from the preamplifier. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!
