I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

IT WAS EASY TO HOOK UP TO MY COMPUTER. ALTHOUGH I HAD SOME ISSUES WITH THE WIRED CONNECTION, WHEN I WENT TO BLUETOOTH IT SOLVED MY PROBLEM. THE UNIT SHUTS DOWN AFTER SITTING IDLE FOR A WHILE, SO I HAVE TO TURN IT ON WHEN NEEDING IT. SAVES ELECTRICTY AND LONG TIME RUNS, I GUESS. THE SOUND IS GREAT, I IMAGINE IT WOULD BE EXCELLENT FOR LISTENING TO MUSIC. 5 |

I received this computer on the 23rd of August and I am very happy with my purchase. I wanted something up to date that could perform the functions that I needed and this definitely fits the bill. The processing speed is great, video quality is outstanding and the machine is whisper quiet (I've upgraded from two older Envy models and the improvement is sound quality over just a few generations is remarkable). My only issue is the keyboard that came with the unit is a little small for my large man hands, but I think I will be swapping it out with another set I have. Otherwise, no complaints. 5 |

Super happy with how fast my computer shipped. We were given a ship date in mid Jan it arrived mid Dec! The computer is working wonderfully. Amazing picture quality. Great speakers too. The only thing we didn’t realize was no wireless. That’s minor and we’ll add a phone jack to move the router to the correct spot. No big deal. 5 |
