For those who still need an analog DA, its cheap and does what it needs to do.

As a rental house in Miami, i was tired of sending back to repair on camera monitors, wireless follow focus systems, wireless video tx, etc.. I �bought 4 safetaps to "test" ..used them on my Teradek systems and they dont broke no more... After that experience , I order 14 more safetap and now they are the default D-Tap connector at my shop. They look a little expensive but I spent the same amount of money of one tap "just in shipping charges" when sent some equip to repair. All the Ac's really love them. Highly RECOMMENDED. Our company has used various manufactures for Analog video splitting. We have found the Shinybow to be a very reliable brand. Being it is an analog device, it has become more and more difficult to find yet there are still many backbones within our customer base that still require analog. I would not hesitate recommending this product.

I had to send my Ninja 5 in for repair, so I ordered one of these to try out possible for my 2nd camera. I'm not sure I'm going back to my Ninja 5 after it gets back. I've used it with my iPhone 12 as well as iPad Pro and it's fantastic. Now I don't record to it as I need my video to be 4k 10bit, but I do use it as a monitor and it's fantastic. I use it as a monitor only, and for that alone its worth every penny!

I used this to both repair light seals on a medium format camera and to create a mask for scanning negatives. The backing isn't too hard to separate, and the glue material sticks well.
