Android 8.1 Go Edition Tablet Operating System

I purchased this tablet because my now more than 10 year old model wasn't working well with my current operating system. I'm glad I did because it works great. The advances that have been made are tangible. Even at the medium size it's quite large so figuring out the best location can be tricky, but I love the wireless option, even though I typically use it plugged into USB. I would by it again, and the silver makes it that much more stylish with modern equipment. It's pricey, but there really is no substitute if you're doing that kind of professional work.

We have purchased a few of these for our photography club as well as for home use. It does not seem to matter what computer you use it with or what operating system. It works perfectly the first time it is hooked up and the drivers installed. We cannot say the same for any other brand of digital tablet. And our club members who have never used a tablet before tell us that it was intuitive to use and cannot imagine ever using a mouse again for photo editing.

After my 2'nd Samsung Tablet (in 5 years) broke, I decided to give Apple a try. This is my first apple product. I've always been a windows (pc) and Android ( tablet/phone) user, so when I needed a new tablet, I figured I'd give apple a try. $329.00 is cheap to try the apple eco system.... IOS seems a bit more restrictive than Android (maybe that's a learning curve ?)... but, so far, I am very impressed. From a user interface/usability standpoint, it is much more enjoyable to use than my Samsung (Android) tablet, albeit the Samsung was 3 years old. Very seemless integration with my Microsoft One Drive Cloud storage/MS office products. Got the apple pencil as well.... Why not ! I'll probably always stay with Windows OS for a pc, but may take a bite of the apple when I get a new pbone...

Go 6 is based on Android, so you can download any app from the Google Play Store. If you want to read e-books from foreign bookstores or sources other than Amazon, it’s a good option. However, if you only use Kindle, it's better to buy a Kindle because it's much faster. But, Kindle can only read Kindle books. Personally, I’m happy with the Go 6 since I use Korean e-book apps. The downside is the limited RAM. With just 2GB, even with an Octa-Core CPU, it can't fully utilize its performance. This results in slower speeds compared to devices with more RAM. Nevertheless, considering its lower price compared to the POKE 5 and slightly better specs, it's currently the best value for money.

The weakness of the Caliper light is operating on AA batteries. With an Anton Bauer GO 90 and this adapter, you get the full power of the light while being portable.

I purchased it to add a mouse feature to an android tablet. It connected right away and works great.
