The two color system is a pleasure to work with and the bar code function makes it so much easier for inventory control

Great stand for desktop use. Only one drawback is that bar code label took some work to remove.

Purchased this to use for positioning bar code readers, sensors etc to allow us to design permanent mounting fixtures for the devices on nachinery.

I have used this scanner, and its nearly identical predecessor DR-4010C for nearly 20 years. It is heavy duty and reliable, with no issues or problems. After closing my law office, I scanned and converted several hundred boxes of client files to PDF computer files, before shredding all the paper. This scanner easily processed everything, and more, and continues to work well. I quickly scan whole books to PDF computer files, before converting them to text with OCR software, so the computer can read them using text-to-speech software. It just keeps on working as it should. This is the singularly best piece of office equipment I ever purchased. There is good reason Canon still makes this model with no apparent changes. You bet, I would buy it again. Sidebar Observation - I enjoy using this scanner with Canon's new I.R.I.S. PDF and OCR program, which works well and is well worth its comparatively low price. I have used most of the other major OCR and PDF programs, including, but not limited to, PaperPort, OmniPage, TextBridge, ABBYY OCR, Foxit PDF, Adobe Acrobat, Nitro PDF, and several others programs, and Canon's I.R.I.S. application is my current favorite. I do illustration for text, and the scanner was perfect for what i needed to get my drawings on a document! it is the perfect size and really simple to use. not perfect on picking up color, but lines and contrast show nicely.

With our home based business we constantly have the immediate need to print or scan something at a moments notice and this printer has performed beautifully! It’s operation is smooth and very quiet. The duration of time from the moment you click start to the moment the printing begins is almost instantaneous. The quality of the print is just as amazing as the speed. Our old printer would have line strokes you could see within the images and text but this printer puts out smooth and clear images and text no matter the format or Color scheme. The scanner works quickly and efficiently as well. It displays and prints an incredibly clear and detailed image. It has been a privilege to have this printer in our home and look forward to using it for years to come. I received the printer at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

Epson 60-W is portable and light-weight scanner. Easy to carry anywhere for official or personal purpose. It has a built-in battery that can be charged through a USB. As per the instructions, I fully charged the scanner using the USB cable and then installed EpsonScanSmart app on my laptop (Windows) as well as on my android phone. I tried connecting the scanner to my laptop using USB cable. EpsonScanSmart app automatically detected the scanner and it was super easy to scan the document receipt, photos in just few secs and the scanned document was very clear. I felt little challenging while trying to set-up the scanner on my android phone using Wi-Fi but after multiple tries, it worked and it was quick & easy to scan. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce ES-60W Wireless Portable Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.
