It has allowed me to charge my phone and my ipad at the same time. The lighting cord that came with the device is a nice touch and saved my butt, as now I have two cords for my ipad. 5 |

While I can't attest to the unit's reliability yet, I can say the image shows up nicely on my Android phone, and aiming the camera using my phone is easy. I opted for a SanDisk Max Endurance microSDXC card due to the card's ability to function under high temperatures. The unit sits unseen behind my rearview mirror and within the 5 x 5 square permitted by California. 5 |

I bought this for use with Merlin Sound ID on my Android phone and it works well. While sitting outside having breakfast, I can pick up 10 different species. I only wish that the Merlin app would switch to landscape mode for better use while it's on the tripod in this kit. 5 |

While traveling abroad I use 3 different batteries for my cameras,and video monitor, with this system I can use this charger with interchangable battery plates,and with the Watson Duo and this one I have a back up chargeing system for all my batteries. It saves weight,space,and it charges on 12V, 110-220 and charges USB. The only negitive which a lot of people commented on is the plate is not very secure. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this is best used with Magsafe iPhone cases you can also use it by taking your phone out of its case. I love that it charges your phone while it's mounted and it charges well. Would recommend it to anyone needing a phone car mount. 5 |
