After several weeks of research for an ultra wide camera that wouldn't break the bank, I requested a quote and special ordered this one from B&H. Took a bit long to receive, 22 days from order day to DC, as it comes directly from HikVision California, and let me tell you, it was worth the wait. I'm using this camera with Blue Iris, so I won't speak about the built in motion detection, masking capabilities and other characteristics of that nature. I rely on Blue Iris for those. Several features that were must haves. Single lens with 180° horizontal field of view, it has built in lens distortion correction, which can be manually disabled. There's a bit of distortion towards the edges of the image, but this is expected. RTSP capable, outdoor, PoE, WDR, and IR. Overall 5 stars, if you're looking for an 180° outdoor cam, definitely take a look at this one.

Purchased to use on a 11 camera Blue Iris system, all cameras recording full time. Initialized and moving large amounts of data to make sure all is OK before moving to the BI system. Performance is better than expected (hdparm of 250ish MB/sec. Quiet and runs pretty cool. I like it.

After my 2'nd Samsung Tablet (in 5 years) broke, I decided to give Apple a try. This is my first apple product. I've always been a windows (pc) and Android ( tablet/phone) user, so when I needed a new tablet, I figured I'd give apple a try. $329.00 is cheap to try the apple eco system.... IOS seems a bit more restrictive than Android (maybe that's a learning curve ?)... but, so far, I am very impressed. From a user interface/usability standpoint, it is much more enjoyable to use than my Samsung (Android) tablet, albeit the Samsung was 3 years old. Very seemless integration with my Microsoft One Drive Cloud storage/MS office products. Got the apple pencil as well.... Why not ! I'll probably always stay with Windows OS for a pc, but may take a bite of the apple when I get a new pbone...

I bought an Android tablet, put a hard plastic case around it, glued a quick-release plate to the case, and I use this arm to mount the tablet to my rig for use as a field monitor. The arm is much stronger than I expected it to be. I bought it because I'm broke and I figured that for this price, it wouldn't break me if it didn't hold... But it does hold... It easily holds the weight of a Google Nexus 10, its case, and the Manfrotto RC2 quick-release. I can hot-show mount it on my 5D2 or mount it anywhere I can find a 1/4-20 hole. So, I'm psyched that I made the buy.

I’ve had my set of Metallic blue wired for years (bought them for my Android). I had to quit using them for my phone when I upgraded to an I-phone but still use them for my games. Great sound excellent bass. They are the ONLY earbud that fits my ear without hurting (no idea who was used for Apple iPods but their ear canals are enormous). I just wish Sony could make these with a lightning adapter as well.
