Got this for my Benq W1100 projector. Cardboard box was wearing out, and needed something stronger.

Awesome lens for scenery, landscapes, cramped interiors ... really opens things up! Packaging was excellent, lens was inside a sturdy metal box with heavy duty foam inserts, inside a durable cardboard box, inside a padded cardboard box from B&H. This lens seems very well built, gives sharp images, and has features I wish other lens makers would use in their lenses; the hyper-focal distance scale, click stop infinity detent, and raised 'lever' on focusing ring to name a few. I would definitely recommend this lens as an inexpensive, lightweight, super-ultra-wide-angle lens !!!

As soon as I opened up my recently delivered B&H photo box, I tore through it like a rabid animal, tossing lens and filters aside. At the bottom of the box -- a red gem. I instantly pulled it out, and commanded the attention of the room to be centered on me. Everyone stopped what they were doing and gazed in awe. One person said, what does it do? I replied, watch.. 5 minutes later, I slapped this bad boy on my BMPCC 6K. Amazing fit! So protective -- yet so sleek and welcoming. If your looking for an over engineered solid piece of sleek aluminum -- look no further. The atomic symbol in the front really adds to the mystique of this item. If you have a little extra cash to blow, blow it on this.

This film is as expected. Each roll came in its own plastic container with cap, inside of a cardboard box. Film quality seems fine - as expected. I've used this film before and am very happy with the quality and color.

Bought this Jewel case for a solar filter that simpally came in a small cardboard box, no real filter case. It's just right for my needs.

First thing to surprise me was the packaging, an Irix branded cardboard box, containing a metal box in which the lens, some foam inserts and a lens case were enclosed. No handle on the lens case but nice nonetheless. Quality of the lens is great, first thing I checked was focus with it locked at infinity - no issues there, I thought I may have to adjust it after reading other reviews but this lens was spot on. Heading out camping to some remote lakes in a few weeks where I will really put this lens to the test, but first impressions are favourable.
