I got this to record audio sound effects for animated videos. It is light, small, and works great with my iPhone. You can monitor the mic with a wired headphones, but I could not use AirPods. I was on location yesterday and it worked great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this projector to replace an excellent Epson HD LCD projector. I was attracted to the laser light source and liked that this LG model had two separate colors which I thought would reduce the likelihood of rainbow patterns and indeed I haven't noticed these at all so far. The 4K is crisp and the picture is bright. HDR mode is very noticeable and I like the range of picture options. I use an Apple 4K TV and Xbox Series X so wasn't too interested in the onboard WebOS but its generally pretty responsive and intuitive so probably useful to have. The projected image does have a small thin light border and in super-widescreen 2.35:1 mode there are of course lighter bars at top and bottom; I'm not sure why with all the adaptive dimming technology they couldn't make it go really dark in those areas too, but projecting onto a wall with custom sprayed paint using MissisipiMan's formula in the AVSforum works really well with this projector and still looks better than the movie theater and is a big improvement over the Epson because of the 4K and laser technology, and is now useable in a brighter room. My advice is save your money on the expensive screen and splurge on this projector if you are thinking about it. I do think this technology is a generation ahead of the last and what's nice is it's also LG quality (I knew they made the best LCD IPS panels for computer displays as we have 6 of them, but now find they make really good projectors too) and really nice design and aesthetics. Switching on and off is fast and reliable and ambient noise seems quieter than anything else we have in the media room. We run a 30ft HDMI cable originally intended for 18Gbps through the ceiling and I was glad it didn't have to be replaced and meets all the XBox and Apple diagnostic tests at 4K/60Hz and 1080p/120Hz and works well with ARC sound too, even with a 3 year old receiver.

i wore out my SONY UST laser projector light source (running it 19,000 hours in 6 years) and replaced the projector with the SONY 98" TV. the loss of screen size (from 118" to 98") was more than compensated for by the amazing brillance of the picture.

I bought this laser projector to replace my standard bulb projector. I needed something that would cut through the ambient light and not have washed out images or videos. This is bright and crisp and does exactly what I had hoped it would do. Plus it was easy to install and set up.

The EF12 Smart Streaming Laser Projector is better than I expected. The clarity, color, video speed, sound quality and easy to setup. The projector is exactly what I have been looking to buy for years. I also purchased the carrying case and it is worth the money. I expected a cheap bag, this is very high quality. I have recommended this projector to my family and friends. I can wait for summer for outdoor movie night in the backyard.

I watched a musical animated film, and the sound was amazing... there even seemed like a background/foreground sound difference! All thanks to the "Tune play" (is that the name?) that helped measure the acoustics of the room to maximise the full effect of the speaker. A family member even commented that the sound was clear even from 2 rooms away! (Of course I had to turn the volume down slightly! ;P) Overall, an amazing speaker!

I'm a DJ instead of using it for my laptop I use it to hold my projector to show videos. And it's the perfect size.

This is a great product that allows you to trigger your camera or flash via lightning, sound, or laser. This allows you to do some very creative things. I haven't been able to test the lightning triggering, but I have used a flash light to ensure the light sensor works. The sound and laser trigger work well also. The instructions in the box are somewhat lacking, but you can download a detailed instructions from the MIOPS website. I had to buy a hot shoe PC Sync adapter as my flash does not have a PC Sync port and that is how this unit triggers your flash. You might consider buying this adapter if your flash does not have a PC Sync port.

I have been testing it out, and it works as the advertising claims. The things that are great about this device are. 1) it can capture images by sound, light, infrared, laser and using the Aux port things like pressure plates. 2) I also really like that it is powered by AA batteries , that can be found almost anywhere. I agree with others that the instructions are not the best, however it is very easy to figure it out on your own. I also like that it uses a standard 1/4 by 20 connection on the bottom, allowing the use of a quick release plate for attaching to tripod heads, light stands and supper clamps. Attaching a cold shoe makes it convent to place it in camera hot shoe when using the light and sound capture modes. When used with the Hahnel captur receiver it will release camera shutter by radio signal, have only tested it over about 150 feet so far in the IR mode. Worked perfect. It also worked perfect using a laser beam, that can be used over much great distances, however quite difficult to line it up. Is there such a thing a laser that the can be focused to a wide beam? All in all I would recommend the device.
