This replaced a 10+year old DIR-655 (D-Link). The performance of the router in general is great as far as I can tell. Configuration is simple enough. Modern UI. (Keep in mind what I was working before with was something designed 10+ years ago.) WiFi signal is very strong. Setting signal strength to low, I could use it around most of my house though the signal got week. At medium strength, I'm getting five bars in most of my house (2000 sq ft). At full strength, my neighbors were likely picking up a decent signal. I hope this gets me through the next 10 years. ;-) 5 |
