Annual Charge For Quickbooks Online

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so awesome. I really love the scan to quickbooks feature, it makes entering receipts a whole lot easier. Great quality and love the Canon brand!

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I was looking for a Bluetooth speaker and found the JBL Charge 4 on sale. The online reviews were all great, so I grabbed one. Excellent sound all the way around. You can charge your phone with it too. When I saw it was on sale again, I picked up another one. The JBL connection app links both speakers together. They can also be played in stereo. (5 stars and 2 thumbs up!)

We purchased this kit for use at our recent annual conference. Easy to pop together and disassemble, too. Worked very well for our needs.

Our company was having it's bi-annual launch meeting for new books coming off press next year. We wanted to mix things up a bit and have some of our authors present their own books to us live via skype. We needed the authors to have the ability to hear everyone in the room. I setup the snowball in the middle of the conference room tables and it worked perfectly for our group of 25. The average distance from the snowball was 10 feet and our authors had no problem hearing us.

Put pictures from Canon PowerShot A590 IS to iMac and have wonderful new camera. Will use pictures for annual greeting letter.
