This is another great surge protector from APC. It is a simple 8-outlet protector with a respectable joule surge rating. I count on APC units to protect all of my electronic equipment. I bought several of these APC P7GB SurgeArrest Essential 120V 7-Outlet Surge Protector (4', White) on special because I shoot in open buildings that may not have the best electrical service. I value my equipment and wanted the extra added security of the features this product offers. The energy saving feature is attractive too. I will buy more for home use.

The APC P8VNTG Power Saving Surge Protector is a great product, potentially impacted by inferior quality. The product itself is attractive, well, as attractive as a power strip can really be. The black design melds into most home theater decors. I personally like the blue LED lighting, but they are VERY bright. So if you don't have the power strip hidden behind something, the light may be distracting.

I am happy with this surge protector and recommend it. The spaced out seventh outlet is particularly useful for power bricks.

This Surge Protector is the perfect size for behind my TV. I love that it has an outlet on top and botton for my bigger plugs and also the end outlet can accommodate a bigger longer plug as well. The last surge protector I had did not have them and my bigger plugs would cover up multiple oulets. I love that it has a small green power light and a small red grounded light so that you know it is working. If you need a 7 outlet surge protector look no further.

I think that having a surge protector is a must at every outlet, especially if you live in an area prone to power outages or storms. This surge protector outlet gives you 6 outlets + two usb-a and one usb-c outlet. The usb-c outlet has a PD (power delivery) of 20 watts which is a good amount of power to power devices. Another great feature to this surge protector is that it has two dedicated light indicators. One to indicate that the surge protector is on and one to show the the device's surge feature is active. I used the 7-outlet Surge Protector were I had to plug Verizon Fios in to get power. It let me know that the outlet was wired correctly. Now I feel safe that my Fios is protected.
