I use APC BACK-UPS for each of my two computers. One of my APC Back-UPS indicated its battery needed replacement. This particular battery lasted 5-yrs and was extremely reliable. The online ordering process for the replacement Battery Cartridge was easy and straight forward. The replacement cartridge arrived within 4-days. My UPS APC Back-Ups (I have five) have been protecting my computer for more than fifteen years now. Even though there are newer models, I don't need any better than I have. I am very pleased to know that APC provides support and batteries even for what I assume are "legacy" UPS. The ease of finding the correct battery and sending the expired battery back to APC had always been a real plus for me as I am disabled and don't drive. In an era when "just buy a new one" seems to be the usual corporate approach, I appreciate APC.

Great replacement for my APC Back-UPS 600. My model is a BN60G, which was not listed in the #17's supported models, but it has worked perfectly for the last couple weeks. The replacement arrived very quickly and was very easy to swap with the original battery, allowing me to get back up in no time.

This APC replacement cartridge fits right into an APC Back-UPS ES 500. Takes 2-3 minutes to replace the old cartridge and the UPS unit works as new. There are instructions included in the box and the packaging can be used to send back the old cartridge for recycling by printing a free UPS shipping label and dropping it at a UPS store. This is replacement battery for my old APC Back-UPS RS 1500 (cream-colored body, been since discontinued by mfr). The unit power was cut off intermittently. I wasn't sure how to diagnose the problem, took a chance & just replace the old 4 year battery, & new battery seems to take care of the problem. Only APC (not generic) batteries give me peace of mind that they will work as intended.

With 10x NEMA 5-15R outlets and USB Type A + C ports I'm able to plug all my devices in including 2 monitors, 2 laptops, 2 bluetooth headsets, wireless keyboard, cable modem, wifi router, and charging cords for cellphones, tablets, etc. And the other day when I did experience a power outage it did keep all the devices in my office up and running until power came back within a few hours. The LCD display also provided the handy battery backup level status I needed and I found it also had a "mute" button to disable the beeping that most units like these send out during outages that was very handy during my last power outage. With this Back-UPS Pro i'll never have to worry about power outages or unsafe voltage levels effecting any of my powered devices in my office ever again! Thank-you APC! 5 Stars!!

The new APC Pro BX850M Back-UPS came with complete and much clearer and understandable insturctions for installation and operation than my previous product. Installation and setup was quick and easy and I was up and running again in less than 15 minutes. This unit is the newest of several APC UPS products that I've owned and used without any issues over the many years of computing and I would recommend this brand and product to anyone

I bought a Back UPS RS 1500 and have been using it from over a year now. Great product. After I installed this I did not have a blow out on my TV, CCTV, security cameras etc insoite of having power cuts/surges here. I have several more UPS's all of APC and they have all served me well. I have several surge protectors for all laptops at home. Have been using APC products for over 15 years and have used it in Africa, India and now in the US.
