Apc Computer Room Air Conditioner

I got this because during the hot months I can't run my air conditioner and computer at the same time due to neighborhood brownouts. If I turn the air conditioner off the computer overheats. This covers the outtages so I can work in comfort without unexpectedly rebooting every few minutes. Thanks!

Electrical power spikes occur for many reasons and your sensitive electronics won't survive unless you have a quality surge suppressor. Most products sold as surge supressors only provide a low level of protection and are little more than power bars. I used this to replace an APC H10 Power Conditioner in my stereo system. The H10 had a plainly observable negative effect on the bass response & the soundstage, despite experimenting with many arrangements & interventions (including upgrading the power cord). It gives me comfort to know that my electronic equipment is getting the right power and will give me uninterrupted service. One power glitch could cost me much more than the price of the unit and the battery. I replace the battery every 3 years and am very happy with the security that it provides me.

This speakerphone is very clear on both ends. Was able to hear the other person speaking clearly even when my portable air conditioner was running in the room.

As always B&H was very quick to send the package out and it was what we ordered no problem. Our only problem is that the air conditioner is apparently too loud for even this windscreen to totally block the noise. It does a much better job but the mic is apparently extremely sensitive to all sound.
