Apc Surge Protector Light Blinking Periodic Beeping

So my old APC Back-Up/Surge Protector started beeping and shutting down randomly. After a quick online search I realized the battery needed to be replaced (not bad after 12 years of constant service). Searched online for a replacement and B&H had what I wanted. Very easy to order and was delivered in just 2 days. Now I can rest assured knowing that my gear is protected again! Thank you B&H.

Purchased my 2nd APC Surge protector and they work good

This Surge Protector is the perfect size for behind my TV. I love that it has an outlet on top and botton for my bigger plugs and also the end outlet can accommodate a bigger longer plug as well. The last surge protector I had did not have them and my bigger plugs would cover up multiple oulets. I love that it has a small green power light and a small red grounded light so that you know it is working. If you need a 7 outlet surge protector look no further.

My APC 1500 surge protector with battery backup went defective. Self check test showed battery failure. Rather than replacing the entire expensive backup, I merely ordered this #124 replacement battery and replaced the original one for allot less cost. It now works good as new. Simply, side the old battery out and slide in the new one and that's it. I did not know replacement APC batteries were available until re-reading the APC instructions and by APC web site research.

We started out by buying a APC surge protector for our computer. It worked great so we purchased another for our entertainment center with a lot of expensive equipment plugged into it. We had electrical storms & never lost any equipment. Support for help is excellent. We will always use APC surge protectors.

Honestly, how do you test a surge protector without putting equipment at risk? I've owned a few APC products and they have never let me down so I'm sort of trusting this one will work without fault too.
