It works with Windows 10 via bluetooth 5 |

I love the speakers. Wish the app was as good as regular Bluetooth! The app needs serious help. It's slow, doesn't connect to my music easily. That is the most disappointing thing. 5 |

Be using it to connect a laptop to Ethernet and work works without any issues in Windows 10. 5 |

I use this product to connect non bluetooth devices such as speakers to bluetooth devices. It is very easy to set up and use and works very well. 5 |

These neck-phones/speakers are excellent at virtually any volume. Using an HD music service supplies exceptional sound considering the connection is bluetooth. I do wish the Sony Headphones Connect App was available on windows 10 or 11 computers. The bluetooth connection through a windows device is abysmal. iPhone great, android great, Mac great 5 |

This item couldn't be any better or easier to install. I have Windows 10 and all I had to do was plug it in and start connecting my Bluetooth accessories 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an iPhone and I had to download an app to use these. I was expecting to be able to just connect with Bluetooth and go. The app does have a lot of features. I wouldn’t personally use much of them but I can see how some might enjoy them. The app tracks your usage. The ear buds have a stop to speak feature. If you start talking it will automatically pause the sound so you can hear the other person. It also has gestures that I haven’t mastered yet. You actually tap in front of them instead of the device itself. The charging case is small and compact. Buds are comfortable even lying down. 5 |

It takes several seconds to turn on the printer, connect to Bluetooth, and start the app. But once that is done, you get beautiful, durable labels! You’ll be okay with the tiny wasted pieces once you understand that there are several layers getting squished together! 5 |

Ok so yes there’s a lot of negative reviews. However they are all old and Mostly to do with app issues. I’m here to tell you that I’ve figured out and solved these issues! (As of Sep. 2023) Bluetooth should NEVER be used to connect these lights. Only using WiFi gives you a stable connection and no real issues. Bluetooth interferes and kicks you off randomly and messes with WiFi connection. I’ve had repeated success and now can trust these lights for use. The voyager app (iOS) needs to be freshly installed and when it asks to use Bluetooth you deny it! Do not use these lights via Bluetooth! Only use via WiFi and you’ll have a solid reliable connection. Set one of your lights in “router” mode by holding side button till indicator goes BLUE. Set your other lights as “client” do same thing but set to color GREEN. Now connect your iOS device to the WiFi that the “router” tube makes and enter the default password (dsputnik) launch your app. Deny all Bluetooth attempts. Add new lights, and wait for them all to pop up. It might take a min depending on how many. Select add all and boom you’re done. This has been tested over a few iOS devices running older and newer iOS and it’s working smoothly. Yes these had many issues when they came out, but they work really well now. Pixel mapping works very easily. You must highlight and select your lights in the app to then set FX. The FX panel doesn’t show up unless the lights are selected. This is another issue people thought pixel mapping didn’t work, when in fact it does, it just won’t show up unless you select the tubes first and then find the tabs. I haven’t tried it yet, but apparently these lights also work well via desktop app for Windows and Mac. Don’t give up on these. They DO work and are stable once you follow these steps! You can also use regular home WiFi routers to connect all the lights too. This works for extending range and making a strong single. Enjoy these lights again! 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Authentics 200 is quite the speaker that’s loaded with features. First off is the design. It looks like a classic amplifier that a rockstar would use in concert. It blends in well with most any furniture. The packaging was very well designed to protect the product from damage. Setup was pretty simple with the JBL One App. One minor complaint I have though, is that you need a second app. I already have the JBL headphone app but this requires a second app. The volume, treble and bass are easy to control from the app though I haven’t found a mid-range control. The app has an equalizer to set your treble and bass and save your settings as well. You can connect via Bluetooth or WiFi which allows you to connect devices seamlessly using Apple AirPlay, Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect. Voice commands are available through Alexa and Google Assistant. Alexa worked very well and was easy to set up. Voice control can be toggled on/off on the rear of the device. Some other cool features are that you can connect this via Ethernet, an Auxiliary plug, or USB not to mention the WiFi and Bluetooth. I was able to set this up to my Samsung Smart TV via Bluetooth I just wish there was a remote for the volume. I’ll have to try an auxiliary cable at some point. Overall, based on the design, ease of use, and sound quality, I would say that this is well worth the price. Another great product from JBL. 5 |
