This is my first time to buy a foot stool because I'm not really a classical guitar player. I just need one just to record one of my songs for which I play classical guitar. So I'm not familiar with foot stools, but I think this is very much good enough for my use, so I'm happy with it. And it was a good price for me, too.

The Zoom H1n WILL give you the performance you need to create outstanding nature recordings. I use Audacity to eliminate any background hiss or any click, bangs, car horns (!) etc! It's easy to learn and there are some great learning videos on YouTube. You do NOT need to spend more to get outstanding recordings.

I bought this microphone to record songs with my friends. It's worked out great so far. I use it with Audacity. It's intuitive to use, and since it's a USB microphone, it doesn't use phantom power, which was a plus for me. There are four different recording settings, but if you leave it on default, it works fine, too.

This microphone is lit! I have used for five songs and all of sound excellent. I love the switches on the microphone. The both play in favor of the way my studio is setup. Overall, this a great microphone for the price and what it comes with it?
