Apple Adapter To Charge And Use Headphones

Use only original Apple adapter for your devises, it works great!

This is essentially the same cable apple includes with an iPhone and iPad. If you're going to use it to charge and iPhone or iPad, make sure you have a USB adapter you can plug into an outlet. It's MFI certified which is certification for compatibility with Apple products. The cable is a little less flexible than Apple's cable. This might be due to a thicker and sturdier outer jacket which would make this cable a little more durable than the Apple cable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disclosure: I was sent this product to review it. Honestly, it works great for its intended purpose. I was able to charge my phone and connect Lightning headphones at the same time. I didn't notice any difference in sound quality between plugging the headphones into this product or plugging them straight into my iPhone. They also work perfectly with the 3.5 mm to Lightning adapter provided by Apple with my phone. The RockStar feels sturdy and uses Apple's signature look well. If it weren't for the Belkin logo on the Lightning plug, this could easily have been mistaken for something made by Apple. It also couldn't be simpler to use. Plug it into the iPhone and plug your headphones and power cord into either available port. There are only two things I could think of to make this product better. First would have been to have one port be a 3.5 mm jack. I only have the one pair of lightning headphones Apple provided and the adapter. I have a pile of old headphones though. My second thought would have been, if you have two Lightning ports on the adapter, let it be used to plug in two sets of headphones to act as a splitter. This may be a limitation set by Apple and not the product itself, but it would add a level of use to the RockStar. If you use Lightning headphones or 3.5 mm headphones with a Lightning adapter, this is a great product to be able to listen to music while you charge your phone. Personally, I use Bluetooth about 99.9% of the time, but I'm glad I have this product for those times I can't.

First off, let me say I'm still not pleased with Apple for removing the 1/8 jack for headphones, but I understand why they did it to have better enclosed housing for the newer gen phones. With that being said, I've used 3rd party knock-offs of this adapter and to put it politely, they are s#@t. Just pay what Apple wants for this adapter and save yourself a lot of headache down the road, even tho it really is overly priced.

My review for this will be short and sweet. The Apple 20 watt adapter are exactly as described and are a much quicker charge. B&H as always, delivered as promised.

Before using this charger adapter, I was unable to charge my phone and use my favorite headphones at the same time. This fixed that problem. I can now use the headphones I love and not have to worry about battery level. It is a quality product with the usb-c ports clearly marked for charging and headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Belkin International 3.5 mm Audio & charge adapter is definitely a Rockstar! It's much handier than I thought it would be. I don't have any airpods yet, so I have to use the wired headphones for now. Of course the headphones I have needed an adapter so this worked out better than great. Yes it worked perfect to connect my headphones but it can also charge your phone while still using the headphones. You get a two in one. It's also small enough to carry in my purse. The audio sound is great no issues everything sounds clear. Definitely recommend,
