This is my 2nd 27" AIO. The other, built in 2015, is still working great but not able to update to Win11. This new one is almost exactly the same and worked perfectly out of the box. Win11 not so much but they got us by the short hair on this one. 5 |

I personally bought this AIO primarily for its duplex scan functionality. You do have to install the IJ Scan Utility to scan to your computer. Works great. Still haven't been able to scan output to a USB flash drive. And no documentation on what format the flash drive should be for this workflow. But the scan to computer mitigates scanning to flash drive, at least for me. The printer functionality is not as critical for me. But it's nice to know I can print, when needed. The output is good enough for most purposes. Even better that I don't have to purchase cartridges anymore... just refill bottles. As with most inkjets, users should probably print a full color page at least once a week to prevent the nozzles from clogging. Full cleaning every month/quarter. Satisfied with the AIO, so far. 5 |
