Sonos app and software, which is constantly being updated, still needs improvement. Especially with Apple's Airplay ... too often Sonos and Apple don't play well together, literally. 5 |

I have heard bass frequencies on this speaker that I have never heard before. I have plenty of heos products and this is my favorite so far. Apple Airplay 2 is nice if the Heos app is too advanced for you. Price is steep but hard to beat especially if you have 2 as a stereo pair. 5 |

Easy set up and convenient music play through Apple AirPlay. The sound quality is excellent! Only issue so far is a slight lag when streaming sound from TV over Bluetooth. 5 |

I have 13 sound zones in my house, mostly with old Airport Express devices on Airplay 2. They let me have single or multiple zones and powered subwoofers depending on where I am in the house. I was dismayed when Apple discontinued this device with no functional replacement. Even the AppleTV was not as good as it has no analog/optical audio out. The old AppleTVs worked but are not fully Airplay 2 capable and I can only use one zone at a time. This device is a GREAT replacement. Very small, about 1/4 the size of an airport, and extremely simple setup using the Apple Home app (which I already use to power the amps on or off). Only slight gripe is that it is wifi only and I really think wires are more reliable in general and have wired all my current devices with Cat6/7. I have not noticed any performance issues with the Belkin device, however, so more in my head than anything else. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No one likes connecting to some jenky speaker using bluetooth, everyone likes the seamless interface and experience of interacting with Apple AirPlay especially if you have other Apple TV or AirPlay enabled devices in your house. This product serves the best purpose to connect dumb old stereo gear to a modern iPhone interface. Well worth it, however if you have even the slightest though of connecting video, I'd pay $80 more and jump to Apple TV 4K that gets you AirPlay and video. 5 |
