It works great for my new iPhone 14 Pro, Apple Watch 7 and AirPods. With the new always-on display on the iPhone 14 Pro, I prefer this lie-flat design over the upright model so that I don’t have to see the screen shining right at me at night. 5 |

I think I bought 5 different docking stations before I found one that I could connect multiple USB3 external drives and actually use them. There are a few potential improvements, but they're minor; I'd rather not need an active HDMI adapter, my phone won't sync when connected to the front 20W USBC port, and it's a little too tall to fit in my under desk cable organizer 5 |
