If you use Photoshop to edit photos and do any artwork on a computer this thing, or a larger one, is a must. It does take some getting used to but worth it. There's lots of settings to make it custom for your use. It also has several different types of pen nibs in the base that you unscrew to access them. The pen has a nice weighted feel and the back serves as an eraser when doing certain functions in different programs. And I think you can customize that too. Hey, I'm still learning a few tricks to it 3 months on. ;-) There are other cheaper brands of graphics tablets out there but from what I could find out Wacom makes the best quality and software wise.
