Apple Computer Called

this computer is fast and its apple... what more can I say.

Fast and Quiet. Called Apple to figure out how to format the drive. From there on it has been Fast and Quiet.

EXCELLENT CHOICE for any Apple computer.

One of those things you need to have, but wish Apple would include with your computer. Works great.

I am a mac enthusiast. I live for apple products. Years ago when I got an emac, the logic board died. apparently, the logic board was bad on a series of emacs, mine of which was one. I took my mac to the genius bar and was told it would take weeks. That was unacceptable as I was freelancing as a writer at the time and needed a computer to meet a deadline. I called Apple. Because I had apple care, they paid for me to rent a laptop for the week so I could meet my deadline. When it was determined that the logic boards would be on backorder for an indefinite period of time, an apple rep called me and explained the problem and offered to give me a brand new imac to replace the emac. It had a larger screen, higher ram and more space on the hard drive. That's what I call customer service.I wanted to buy apple care for my macbook only by going through B&H, I saved $60! That's what I call savings.

I have used service several times and Apple Care people have always solved my problems with courtesy and even called back. I am new with Apple software and did need assistance. Cost is much less than comparable plans. The techs will even take over my iMac and point to the steps you have to take to resolve my problem. In addition to assistance, you get an extended warranty.

Apple helps their costumers out in the first place, but the three year coverage is good just in case. I called them up the first day I had the computer for assistance with Migration Assistant and they were friendly and knew exactly what I needed to do and gave me clear instructions.

Although I had a little issue registering the AppleCare, I called Apple and they were able to register me over the phone (a total of 15-20 minutes, after being transferred to proper rep). I had bought my MBP from an authorized reseller site. Apple didn't have it in their system. But, Apple was able to look up my order number and was able to fulfill my registration with no issues/problems.

I called B&H immediately when my Apple iPad Air arrived. It came just in time before Christmas. Two days before Christmas I told our granddaughter that we will not be able to Facetime with you because the iPad that I ordered would not arrived till after Christmas. Our granddaughter ws so disappointed. On Christmas day and wife and I were able to Facetime with our granddaughter. She was so overjoyed to see us that see started crying. You guys came through for us and we will never forget that you did for us. We are so appreciative.
