Discussion in the TalkEMount photo forum had me a little worried about this lens and its possibility of being soft at the extreme end (200mm). I was pleasantly surprised however that it is crystal clear in this case with my Sony a6000. Its zoom lock is very useful, and the zoom is smooth and easy when unlocked. It is a little large for a small camera like the ILCE E-mounts, but given its wide range (18 - 200mm) in good light it dispences the need for other lenses to be carried. Its focusing after major focal length changes can be slow. 5 |
