Apple Computer Employee Assistance Program

This is far cheaper then through apple with either student or employee discount!

Can't really vouch for the Apple Care plan, because i have not as yet had any need to use it. However, i was told by my neighbor who is an employee of apple, that the B&H price was better than he could do, even with his employee discount.

this computer is fast and its apple... what more can I say.

As a former Apple Support employee, I cannot stress how much you need this. It's not cheap, but the level of support and service you are entitled with AppleCare is unsurpassed. It can be the difference between having an expensive doorstop or a working Laptop.

I've received a lot of great comments about this case, even one from an Apple employee at the @. I was recommended to B & H by a co-worker and now I'm highly recommending B & H.

Waited until about 11 1/2 months to decide to extend MacAir phone assistance and hardware warrantee. Just one phone call these days outside of Apple's 90 day window is $17.95. Ouch! Now I can have the security of assistance for 2 more years and avoid the Chaos of an Apple store. Most importantly I saved $40.00 @ B&H. Thank You.

I have used service several times and Apple Care people have always solved my problems with courtesy and even called back. I am new with Apple software and did need assistance. Cost is much less than comparable plans. The techs will even take over my iMac and point to the steps you have to take to resolve my problem. In addition to assistance, you get an extended warranty.

We bought a mac laptop for our 14 year old daughter and with the assistance of Apple Care she was able to get it set up and running with zero help from mom and dad. Fast, efficient help ... and she was able to do it on her own! A win!

Installed in a new Retina iMac. An @ employee recommended this brand. No problem installing and the computer recognized it on restart. Not much else to say about memory.

EXCELLENT CHOICE for any Apple computer.
