I purchased this battery back-up to operate a home computer during summer thunder storms. Installation was very easy and the instructions are easy to understand. This battery backup provides a cleaner appearance than the previous power strip. The three battery back-up outlets are for the computer, monitor and printer. The surge outlets house the computer speakers and desk lamp. The power button controls the three battery back-up outlets. The desk lamp still works when the power button is turned off, which is perfect for me. I no longer worry about turning off the computer when I hear the first claps of thunder. The package arrived in perfect shape. This is the first non-photography purchase I have made from B&H and I am very satisfied. 5 |

With Apple care, you really have the best support in the industry. Getting to an expert ON THE PHONE usually takes less than 5 minutes. They are knowledgeable, and can solve most any issue. If you have a hardware problem, I have had a technician and the replacement parts at my door in 1-2 days. 5 |

I may not be an expert on headphones as I’ve primarily used Apple EarPods for the last several years and never used noise cancelling in the last decade. However these headphones have changed my mind in what is possible. Clear sounds, noise cancelling is almost magical and easy to pair and use. I haven’t used any of the advanced features like pairing to two devices, but the touch interface to pause, skip, ets works well. It also pauses music when you take the headphone off and plus when put back on your head. That is pretty nice. Overall very happy with the is purchase. 5 |
