Apple Computer Hdmi Adapter

This is not an inexpensive HDMI adapter for the iPhone but being an Apple product you know it will work.

Bought a MacBook Pro with USB-C ports and no vieeo output. Bought with it the Apple USB-C to HDMI adapter to drive my 4K TV that I use as a montor. The Apple product was total garbage with intermittent operation, tearing of the image, and useless to do work on. Since then I tried multiple other USB-C to HDMI adapters to run the TV in 4K resolution with similar results (although the worst what the one I bought at the Apple store.) This adapter works perfectly. Rock solid image at full 4K resolution. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants a 4K monitor for a very low price to work with their MacBook Pro that has the USB-C ports only. (The 4K TV is 55 inch which I bought for about $350 at Walmart on sale.)

That's right, this adapter allows you to connect your Dell Alienware 17 computer (Thunderbolt 3 adapter) to an Apple 27 Thunderbolt display...and it WORKS!!! If you only have one HDMI port on your GPU like me, this is a great adapter to have. Just plug the display port side into the computer and then hook up your HDMI cable to the other end.

Dont forget that this kind of adapter only works in one direction! In this case, the vga is on the computer and the HDMI goes to the monitor.  Our system is now up and running. We used  this adpter in conjunction with an active HDMI cable.

I used this adapter to record the HDMI output from the client's computer showing PowerPoint. I am able to seamless sync up the presentation when editing the footage recorded on the Odyssey Q7 along with the three iso cameras covering the event.
