Bought this as a replacement for my slowly dying Apple AirPort Time Capsule. Setup was relatively smooth, and the WD My Cloud is working as good, if not better, than the Time Capsule did. And it has enough space to back up all four of my family's MacBooks. Haven't used any of the other WD features, so I can't comment on that. 5 |

I bought it to load all my photos onto and it works perfectly. I took all photos off my iMac computer because it was starting to work very slowly. It is getting old. When I want to work on my photos I just plug it into my computer's USB port. I will be traveling with it and use it with my laptop, also. 5 |

My poor computer is nearly 10, but is slowly being Ship of Theseus-ed into a better machine as I upgrade each part. The memory sticks popped right in and the improvement in speed was immediate and seamless. Easy thing to recommend for older Mobos 5 |
