Apple Computer Operating System Upgrade

New computer required a new Spyder. This one worked well on the new Apple Big Sur Operating system with a new Mac Mini with M1 chip.

Excellent upgrade. But, make sure your Windows10 operating system and computer BIOS are compatible with hard drives greater than 2TB.

I had to upgrade my computer's operating system so that I could stream my own music off of the computer. Sound is great though, and it is super easy to use. We will be adding more speakers!

Just what I needed in order to boot up my computer with a different operating system!

Needed to upgrade to a current computer from my old Mac Mini, which was 2 operating systems behind and not upgradable. My old Mac Book was behind, as well. It made sense to make the switch to the new MacBook Pro, connect to a dock, and get the best of both worlds. The onlY software I’ll need to upgrade will be Office, but only when it can run without Rosetta.

I have used apple products for many years and find that apple care is worthwhile. Especially when updating to a new operating system, glitches happen and the tech support is fast, excellent and always has US or Canadian English speakers. On a previous MacBookPro, the warranty ran out just a day before the issue arose and apple replaced a hard drive and even put in a new battery (which is usually not covered)

I'm a techy who has worked with a windows operating system for over 40 years. I never thought I would venture into or purchase an Apple MacBook of any kind but based on my needs with video, I decided to give Apple a try. What I've learned is I made a mistake by not purchasing a MacBook before now. Within the first week, I was saving time and creating content was oh so much easier. The reason I purchased the MacBook from B&H is because I've used them for years, particularly for high dollar items, and I wanted to get something in my hands immediately. Upgrade to new Mac operating system was too much for my 4mb memory. Upgraded to 8, install was a snap, less than five minutes.

I had to upgrade my operating system from 10.5.8 to 10.6 because the patch that was supposed to enable scrolling didn't work. Once I put on Snow Leopard, it worked perfectly.

I was surprised at the fast boot up speed of my computer's operating system that I bought another one to replace the hard drive in my other computer. Before you spend the money to update your CPU for faster speed, try one of these.
