One thing is for sure, when your computer goes down, the repair won't be cheap. I always get Apple Care and it has always paid off! 5 |

If and when in need of computer support, and or repair it's a good service to have. 5 |

Both work well, but I had to remove so as to send the computer to Acer for repair of the touchpad. 5 |

I'm not much for buying extended warranties except for high price equipment that can be prohibitively expensive to repair once they're out of warranty. My Mac computers fall into that category but, just as important, after 90 days tech support by phone stops unless you have Applecare. Apple's phone tech support has been excellent and I wouldn't want to be without them when needed. I've also had my Macbook fixed....while I waited....at my local Apple store with the cost being covered by Applecare. That's when you realize how essential this repair insurance is. 5 |

A couple of weeks ago, I reviewed this product and included the following comment: ... Despite its large functional space, it is a little smaller than a school satchel or laptop case. When I ordered the bag, I told my wife I wanted something more discrete than my Lowepro sling .... Mostly in jest, she referred to the bag as my man purse. I don't think it is that small, but I guess it depends on who's using it.... I'll leave the man bag debate for another day. The man bag debate came up in my recent trip to Italy. Since my last time in Florence and Venice, restrictions on photos (with or without flash) have become more strict as have the ability to bring *certain* bags into museums and churches. On at least two occasions (the Uffizi in Florence and St. Mark's Cathedral in Venice), I was permitted to enter with this bag whereas other with backpacks (including Lowepro photo backpacks) were turned away or directed to the bag check. This saved me from leaving $3,000 plus of camera equipment in an unlocked coat room, which wasn't going to happen. My goal was something more discrete, and I achieved my goal with the bag ... at least for that trip. 5 |

It's worth the money if only for the excellent phone support you get for the duration. You probably won't need the repair or replace features. My experience with Apple products (since 1992,) has been excellent with out need for service or repair in the first 3 years. Use the Apple Care Support phone number and get any and all your questions or concerns taken care of with competent and caring support advisors. They stay with you until your problem, concerns or questions as dealt with to your satisfaction. I consider it to be one the best reasons for owning an Apple computer or product. 5 |

I always get AppleCare for my Apple products. Their repair and return policies have saved me in the past and is well worth it for the cost if anything goes wrong. 5 |

Under AppleCare+, when you take your iPad into an Apple Store for repair, they will either repair or replace it on the spot. In the case of a broken screen (which is what I have had in most instances), they will charge a relatively small deductible, and voila, in short order, you either will have a repaired device (if that is possible) or a new one. 5 |
