As my computer was purchased from the @ almost a year ago, I needed to purchase AppleCare and get the installation serial number in under two weeks. It was available from B&H for 30% off list - a fantastic savings. I ordered from B&H, got ground delivery in about a week, opened the box, took out the serial number, went to the Apple online registration website and was finished and verified by Apple in under 5 minutes. I can't say that I approve of Apple only providing a 1 year standard warranty on a $4000 computer and trying to charge $ for Applecare. But I do like that B&H sells it for much cheaper than Apple. I think this is the Canadian version which is why it's cheaper than usual. Either way, I was able to register my Mac Pro so I'm fully satisfied. 5 |

Last year I bought 3 AD 600Pro's they were perfect for my intended use....Portable/Mobile Battery Studio Lighting......My Sunrise and Sunset Portrait sittings tripled in sales, I averaged $2k in additional sales. So it was a no~brainer when I saw this unit go on sale...it completes the Kit...now I have a kicker, background or hair light for Executive Head Shots....w/ the option of adding colored Gels to create a modeling effect that will always separate me from the wanna be's. I've never come close to a battery dying during a shoot....It's must have! 5 |
