Everything worked great out of the box as soon as I signed into my iCloud account. I used the migration assistant to move my applications from my old computer to the new MacBook Pro. At that point Safari stopped working. I went online using my old computer and found Apple support. The site said to put in my telephone number and the product serial number and someone would call me back within two minutes. In less then the two minutes I received the callback and the woman at Apple stayed on the phone with me for a long time until she found that my old computer had a later version of Big Sur than my new computer. Once she had me download the latest update to the OS, Safari, as well as everything else worked perfectly. The excellent Apple support was great. The new machine works so much faster than my six year old iMac that it is unbelievable. 5 |

In need of a new laptop for Linux development. I met with a B&H customer support specialist who reviewed product options with me. After careful consideration I selected the ACER Swift X 16 and confirming that it would support a Linux OS, I made the purchase. I received the laptop within 2 days. I came from a high tech house but was so over calling in a computer tech along with another specialist every time I needed to replace something. When moving I asked a specialist for advice on how to simplify my life and he recommended Sonos, spotify and tune in... Wow so happy I followed his advice. I Just love Sonos. I have added to it and if I was to have a problem, I can make a call, SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN AUSTRALIA, WITHOUT WAITING, and staff are wonderful and so helpful. Love the speakers which I now have 4 of and adding them is a breeze, but being able to get assistance easily is a huge bonus and makes me so glad I bought these!!! I can not speak more highly of Sonos!!! 5 |

As a photographer, tech nerd, and computer specialist, I deal with lots of screens and glass that need constant cleaning. I purchased this microfiber cloth with a wide angle lens for my DSLR camera, and it works like a charm! The rubber dots on the opposite side are very helpful for keeping a good grip, while the cloth itself does its magic by cleaning off all fingerprints and small grease/oil stains. Definitely would recommend!! 5 |
