Upgrading to 5 stars. Turns out the problem is that Apple shipped my computer with memory modules that run at 2133 instead of 2400 even though they are labelled 2400. So they won't work with actual 2400 speed memory. If you have the problem that the iMac won't start with added memory, google the micron part number and check the specs. Don't believe the pc2400 printed on the chip! The Crucial tech support people figured this out and they were SUPER 5 |

I love Apple...everything is so easy when setting up the tablet. I have an iMac desktop computer but rarely need to use it because my tablet does just about everything I need to do on line.
