Apple Computer Won T Shut Down

One thing is for sure, when your computer goes down, the repair won't be cheap. I always get Apple Care and it has always paid off!

Upgrading to 5 stars. Turns out the problem is that Apple shipped my computer with memory modules that run at 2133 instead of 2400 even though they are labelled 2400. So they won't work with actual 2400 speed memory. If you have the problem that the iMac won't start with added memory, google the micron part number and check the specs. Don't believe the pc2400 printed on the chip! The Crucial tech support people figured this out and they were SUPER

It was easy to hook up and install the software to shut down the computer unattended.

this computer is fast and its apple... what more can I say.

Had the cameras for almost a year and still working as planed , the one I have the plan on does shut down when battery’s get to 35% won’t send pics, not Sure why ,the others one will go way lower before I have I have to replace batteries

Does what it says, stays securely shut, not many places for air to get in. Won't support any significant weight, however, if stacked with other things.

We had just changed to AT&T U-verse for Internet and land-line phone via their fibre-optic connection. Within a week of the switch we suffered a (grid) power failure. Result: no phone or Internet! Not wanting that to happen again we bought this UPS system. It was very easy to connect and when tested (unplugged from the grid) it provided 4 hours of phone access (w/o computer being on) or more than an hour of combined phone and computer access. We feel more secure with this addition to our household!

Pay more for apple brand but I know I won't be buying another one

This is used in a home office. I have a problem with power outages and this UPS works terrific at protecting my electronics. This has a really nice software package that warns of possible troubles and shuts the computer off (if necessary)properly. It has plenty of battery to hold the computer and monitor for 15 minutes, plenty of time to shut down programs and shut the computer down safely. I have not had any problems and have been using this for about 2 months now. It just works great!
