They are being used as external drives for three Mac desktop systems; one each of Intel i5, Apple M1 and Apple M2. All are working great. Speeds are limited only by the USB bus speeds of each computer. I appreciate that the Sabrents come with the necessary cables.

A must-have to connect to your iPhone 7, 8, & X. In my case my 6-month old Apple Lightning to headphone adapter didn't work; once I replaced it with a new one this Rode cable worked properly. BONUS: Check out the Rode SC6 to add a headphone output to the input chain!

This really is the only option to Apple removing the headphone jack and giving the user a way to charge and listen at the same time. Dongle-he$$ but what can you do. Works as advertised.

Eventually, I wanted to update my phone to a newer version, which meant losing the headphone jack. That means I had to choose between charging or music, but this little piece of technology has fixed that! Now I can charge my phone and play music through my aux at the same time. It works flawlessly!

I love OWC - Apple-level build quality, design and functionality at a fraction of the price. This unit keeps my MacBook Pro fully charged during intensive video editing and graphic compositing/rendering. Love the SD slots in the front, the headphone jack seems to work better for me than the internal MacBook headphone port, just an all around great purchase, thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Apple took away the headphone port, but sold me a lightning to 3.5 adapter so I could use my wired buds with my iPhone 13 Pro. Imagine my disappointment when my battery ran low while I was listening to a favorite playlist and I needed to unplug my buds to re-juice the phone! I’m happy to report it performed exactly as I’d hoped when I tested it. Good clear sound through the truck’s sound system while charging at what seems to be a normal rate. This is the one that works!
