I like that this headphone is nice and the EQ seems really flat... and it is great for editing my classical music videos. 5 |

If you use the apple headphone adapter, you can also use it with iPhone X 5 |

Out of the box and with some break-in time, the sound is very forward, and weak in the bass. I found that this headphone was easy to EQ to a neutral sound, although the deep bass just isn't there. Still, most music, and even classic 'Tracker' organ music sounds pretty good with the right parametric EQ. The high frequencies are good up to the important upper treble harmonics. The tiny cables going to the earcups have no strain reliefs, and as I expect the majority of end-users are going to be children who carry the headphone around with them, the failure rate will probably be pretty high within a few months. The earpads are very smooth and convex-shaped, so they slide off of the ears easily with head movements, and may not provide a good enough seal to the ears in cooler temperatures in order to make the best of what bass response is available. The headband is very thin and the headphone is feather-light, so comfort will not be an issue. The fit to my average-size head has the headband very near the minimum size position, so the Flats will fit average-to-large heads, whereas I expect most of the users will have small heads and need to put some extra padding under the headband to keep it in place. With proper care, this headphone could give good musical service for a long time, making it a real bargain, but the price will probably attract only those who expect far less. Still, highly recommended based on my notes here. 5 |

I purchased this headphone for listening music and phone call. The audio sound is great. Unfortunately, I could not find adapter for my iPhone 14 Pro. I ended up using headphone on my computer. EQ presets work fine. Default EQ preset is my preference. Also, silicone ear tip block out external noise good. 5 |

These are noticeably better than the Bose 700s (owned) and the Sony XM4s (used) in every category--except weight, EQ tunability, and compatibility. I can wear either of the competitor phones all day and never know it, but I typically need a short break after a couple of hours with these on. In addition, both competitor models offer in-house EQ tuning; with these, I have to rely on iTunes EQ, which is fine. Furthermore, I have found that these do not work well with MS software/Windows. Fortunately, I reside mostly within the "Apple ecosystem," so this is not much of a worry. But definitely do not buy these if you do not intend to use them mostly with Apple devices. On the upside, these offer relatively-superb sound, clarity, noise cancellation, and build quality. The soundstage is noticeably wider, to the point at which the 700s/XM4s now sound muddled to me! And the vocal and instrumental clarity are unmatched--outside of true audiophile territory, of course; and, to my knowledge, you can't get audiophile headphones at this price. And, yes, the noise cancellation IS even better than that of the XM4s! The range of cancelled frequencies is broad--covering the high-frequency/low-frequency deficit of the 700s/XM4s. Plus these are very well-made: when you pull them out of the box, you immediately know that you're holding a premium product. Except for the case ;D, which somehow merits its own review! I'll say something positive about the case: it's currently the only one on the market that allows you to store the phones without having to retract the headband. To me, this is important: I don't want to have to readjust the headband every time I use these. 5 |

A must-have to connect to your iPhone 7, 8, & X. In my case my 6-month old Apple Lightning to headphone adapter didn't work; once I replaced it with a new one this Rode cable worked properly. BONUS: Check out the Rode SC6 to add a headphone output to the input chain! 5 |

This really is the only option to Apple removing the headphone jack and giving the user a way to charge and listen at the same time. Dongle-he$$ but what can you do. Works as advertised. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not happy when Apple got rid of the headphone jack, and held on to my old iPhone as long as I could. Eventually, I wanted to update my phone to a newer version, which meant losing the headphone jack. That means I had to choose between charging or music, but this little piece of technology has fixed that! Now I can charge my phone and play music through my aux at the same time. It works flawlessly! 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since Apple removed the headphone jack from the iPhone it’s been a challenge to listen and charge my phone. This allow me to do both, charge and use my headphones. 5 |
