Apple Headphones Iphone 7 Corded

..first 24 hours..used only 7%..couldn't ask for anything better...

This Apple adaptor works great for connecting my old-style Apple headphones to my new lightning connection iPhone. I also got this to connect a lavalier microphone receiver to my iPhone as suggested by a B&H advisor and it works like a charm!

I've been using a dinosaur Apple extended/corded keyboard for over eight years that started acting up. I'm not a huge fan of wireless products because I trust corded keyboards and mice much more than their wireless counterparts. I looked long and hard for another keyboard that matched the feel of my old Apple keyboard. There were some that looked great, but upon closer inspection they felt cheap or had a track record of premature failures. You would think someone in this day and age of technology could build a perfect keyboard, but the truth is most keyboards are compromised with poor design, inferior components or both. Nothing on the market compared to the feel of my old board with the exception of the Apple Magic Wireless extended keyboard. For me it feels like a well broken in pair of Levis 501 jeans. Comfortable. My older keyboard had a slight pitch in angle which some may find absolutely essential for comfort over long stretches of typing. Exactly what I needed for a rare pair of corded headphones I still have and like to use on my computer. Well made, and inexpensive. Does the job.

This is just what you need for today's short corded headphones. I bought 4 (four) of these 10' cables. They are very high quality. The headphone input is made of metal, not plastic, which is a nice feature. These extension cables are great for monitoring work when recording or just listening from a stereo receiver. I like them.

If you don't mind corded headphones, these are terrific. Been the industry standard for over two decades. Fantastic all around sound, lightweight but substantial, very comfortable.

I was debating between the X2HRs and a couple of much higher-priced corded headphones. I decided to give the X2HRs a try based on the double headband. I wanted something that I could wear for extended periods of listening while working. I am using the X2HRs with an ifi Zen DAC and greatly enjoy the sound and the comfort of these. I would recommend a break-in period before judging the X2HRs. I think they have improved after the first 40-50 hours of use. The ear cup pads are made of velour, and this is very comfortable, but beware, if you have furry friends, they tend to trap hair.

Works very well with iPhone 8 and Apple series 6 watch.
