I love Apple...everything is so easy when setting up the tablet. I have an iMac desktop computer but rarely need to use it because my tablet does just about everything I need to do on line. This 2024 iMac replaces my main photo tool - a 2014 iMac I got from B&H ten years ago. I turned it on, did some setup, and plugged my hard drives into the new one. Migration assistant took all my programs and settings from old Mac to new Mac and I was ready to go. B&H and Apple have simplified and improved my life. I used to have to buy a new PC every 2-3 years..... 5 |

I updated from a 2014 iMac to a 2019 with 128GB of ram, but my trusty keyboard that has stuck with me through two computers wouldn’t work.. After a lot of research online I opted for the FCPX LogicKeyboard. It’s very similar to my previous one, but slimmer and more “elegant” The keys are extremely smooth, like the new Apples, and the layout is perfect. 5 |

I just upgraded from a 2014 17 iMac to this MacBook Pro. Amazingly, the iMac still performs beautifully, even with very large files (I scan large format negatives) but Adobe is no longer updating its software. The transition from the big screen to the laptop has been surprisingly easy, and the M3 processor tears through my 500MB+ files without blinking. The iMac was muscular for its time, and I souped it up with extra RAM, but the difference between it and the MacBook is night and day. I only wish that I had some use for the old iMac! 5 |
