Everybody knows that apple ipad is well THE APPLE iPAD. No surprises. It took me several hours to get used to the new swipe and lack of old home button. Got extra annoyed with the lack of choices for cases and swore when I couldn't use my old gen 1 apple pen. Blah blah blah. . . The most important thing in the whole ipad purchase is how much I love b&h. As you are getting bigger, don’t lose the personal touch! 5 |

It is so easy to upgrade memory in an Apple product. I upgraded my memory from 4GB in two slots to 16GB in two slots. It took 10 minutes. I am not a techie, but I can follow directions. I never pay high prices for upgraded memory, OWC products are 75% less costly than the name brand and performance is excellent. 5 |

Needed to get a MacBook replacement as one had broke for a client. Apple had a longer window for the 16GB ram models and in todays industry there's no reason why anyone should get 8GB for work. That being said called B&Hand they had these in stock ready to ship. Process was seamless and compared to M1 Mac it's quite an upgrade especially the screen. 5 |

So glad Apple increased base storage. 16GB was never enough. These iPads last forever with screen protector and simple case so they only get replaced when old iOS won't support newer apps. 5 |

I purchased a refurbished 15 Macbook Pro from Apple and did not get the Apple Care warranty with the computer. This place has the best price and saved me $100 on the agreement price. It registered with no issues. I can tell you that it is rare that Apple stuff goes bad but when it does, you will be glad you got this. I am not sure how BH does it, but glad they do. If I am ever in the market for a new Macbook in the future, I will shop here first. 5 |
